years of experience as a Language Instructor and Educational Administrator, combined
with my advanced academic qualifications and extensive research background, I am
confident in my ability to make a significant contribution to your team.
In my current role as Director at Regal World School in Moradabad, I oversee
comprehensive school operations and strategic planning, ensuring the highest standards
of educational quality and operational efficiency. This role has honed my leadership skills
and provided me with a thorough understanding of school administration, curriculum
development, and staff management.
During my tenure at Jazan University in Saudi Arabia, I taught TEFL/TESOL to diverse
student populations and held several key positions including Head of the Academic R&D
Committee and Founder Coordinator of the English Language Club. These roles allowed
me to develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies and foster a
collaborative learning environment.
My experience also includes serving as a Lecturer at several institutions, where I
conducted lectures, research, and student assessments. This academic journey has been
complemented by my role as an external examiner and thesis evaluator for Ph.D.
programs, as well as my involvement in numerous research committees and editorial
boards.
I hold a Ph.D. in English Literature, an M.Phil. in English, and a TEFL/TESOL certification,
among other qualifications. My multilingual proficiency in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Arabic
