I have over 20 years’ working experience of teaching and research in the universities and industry, both in UK and China.

With more than 20 years’ experience of teaching in universities, I engaged in the teaching in electronics theory and practical courses (laboratory based) for both undergraduate and postgraduate, from basic knowledge transfer to system design (including Embedded System, microprocessor application, C/C++ and MATLAB programming, and so on.), realization of practical electronics system, signal analysis and processing, etc..  Together with doing R&D in universities and industry, I obtained strong ability to develop the skills of applying appropriate approaches to teaching, learning and assessment for both undergraduate and postgraduate. I have teaching experience of delivering more than 10 courses to undergraduate and postgraduate. I developed or partly developed four courses of them. I supervised more than 40 BSc final year projects, and 15 postgraduate (3-year course) MSc projects. I also have many years’ experience of assisting PhD projects.
