Drum tutor for all ages and abilities

Hi! I'm Jake, a proficient drummer with 8 years of experience. My qualifications include a first-class BA (Hons) degree in professional musicianship, along with a grade 8 RSL award. I've played many gigs across Birmingham at venues including the 02 Institute, the Actress and Bishop, the Flapper and the Sunflower Lounge. I have valuable experience teaching pupils of all ages. I teach regularly from home, at local primary schools and also at Bromsgrove School of Music. I’m always looking to adapt my teaching methods to benefit my students. My aim is to inspire students to learn the drums in a fun, yet productive way. Above all, students should enjoy playing music and I aspire to make that happen.
