Transformational Life Coach

I am an accomplished Life Coach who established and ran a performing arts school prior to retraining as a transformational life coach; I now focus on working with clients to enable them to reach both their personal and professional potential.

In 2005 I founded Directions Performing Arts to pass on my passion for Performing Arts. Over a period of 17 years, I developed the school to cover nine different disciplines across three locations, developing talent within the school with students going on to pursue a career in the arts.

My passion now is to promote the correlation between personal wellbeing and professional development through the understanding of one’s whole self. I believe that we all have the recourses within ourselves to bring about the changes we individually desire. In partnership with my clients, I enable them to push through difficult situations and emotional barriers to set, meet and exceed both professional and personal goals.
