With over 22 years of experience as a nurse, I have dedicated my career to delivering high-quality care across a range of healthcare disciplines. My expertise spans areas such as mental health, adult nursing, neuro-rehabilitation, community care, palliative care, and more. This diverse background has equipped me with a deep understanding of patient needs, multidisciplinary collaboration, and evidence-based practice.

For the past three years, I have channeled this wealth of experience into my role as a lecturer, where I am passionate about shaping the next generation of health and social care professionals. My approach combines practical insights with academic rigor, ensuring students are well-prepared to meet industry standards.

In my current role, I integrate innovative teaching strategies, including the use of immersive technology and tools like Bodyswops, to enhance learning outcomes. I also contribute to curriculum development, focusing on embedding digital tools and delivering training in key areas such as SBAR communication, Basic Life Support (BLS), and the Care Certificate.
