I am very calm and patient person and my lessons would be aimed at semi fluent to not fluent people.

Firstly I would identify what their weakness is, if it’s certain letters they cannot say or if it’s certain words then try and get them to repeat the phonic sound until they get it correct then try and implement it into actual words. And then I would try practising different words and structures etc
