I am excited to apply for the Mathematics Teacher position. I am a certified teacher with over 5 years of demonstrated experience teaching mathematics at the secondary school level. I have a proven record of assisting students to achieve academic excellence and develop into well-rounded individuals.

I have worked in both private and public secondary schools where I teach students different topics as specified in the curriculum. I have also worked as a class teacher where I supervise teaching and administrative activities.

As a passionate mathematics teacher, I have a strong desire to ensure my students have access to quality education and also encourage them to develop and sustain their interest in learning mathematics. I possess excellent class management skills as I am friendly enough to encourage interactions and contributions from students and also firm enough to ensure there are no distractions that might disrupt learning.

I am passionate about working with young people. I identify with their challenges and weaknesses as I also struggled with learning mathematics at a point in my life. I train my students to work independently, think critically and constantly solve problems. My students have excelled in their results on standardized tests and have been admitted into some of the best universities both nationally and internationally.
