As an educator, I have garnered valuable experience in teaching various subjects to pupils of different age groups. Through my years of teaching, I have developed qualities such as patience, adaptability, and effective communication skills, allowing me to connect with my pupils and create a positive learning environment. My teaching methodology focuses on understanding the individual needs of each student and tailoring my approach accordingly. I believe in a student-centered approach, fostering active participation and critical thinking. By incorporating diverse teaching strategies, interactive activities, and real-life examples, I strive to make learning engaging and accessible to all pupils.
I teach simple concept from simple concept first to make strong base for the complex concept. Accordingly, I explore instructional materials such as flashcards, videotapes, lesson plans, games, reading materials, illustrations, charts, graphs, maps and more. I always use Play-based learning as child-initiated and teacher-supported to enhance learning. Virtual space should be conducive learning environment. utilize and maximize classroom management strategies and techniques.
