I'm a political scientist with an MA in International Relations and Creative Writing. I worked in the Chilean Army from 2005 to 2021. Currently, I am finalising an MLitt at the University of Aberdeen.
My significant experience includes:
• Writing academic papers and executive reports for senior officials and magazines, for example, "Contemporary Stages" and the "Memorial of the Chilean Army". Also, I participated as a translator for many bilateral and multilateral meetings.
• Critically analysing various subjects, for example, International Relations, Defence, Security, International Law, and Diplomatic Relations between Chile and its neighbouring countries. Also, I have experience analysing the political situation in Latin America.
• Lecturing in political science, Latin American history and foreign affairs at the University of Science and Art of Communications.
• Updating the official document (a matrix), which describes foreign politics of the Chilean Army, including details of the institutional relations between governments, armies, and private and public companies.
• In addition, my last project (Dec 2021) was about the sociological evolution of Chilean youth. I also participated with OHC Consulting, a private company with experience obtaining social samples and statistics from the local population.
My strengths are detailed in my CV. I feel I could add significant value to your organisation, and my skillset includes the ability to:
• Coordinate with other political analysts.

• Analyse open & classified data sources.
• Communicate effectively with high-level personnel.
• Mentoring less-experienced staff.
• Qualified at diploma level from the National Academy of Political and Strategic Studies in Security, Defence, and Intelligence. Also, I completed the Defence Planning and Resource Management Course at the Centre for Hemispheric Defence Studies at the National Defence University of the United States.
