I plan to strengthen your basic knowledge on the subject matter and what you already know as well as helping to create a better understanding of whatever is being taught in school at the time.
I’ll be an online tutor as I am in university and may not be able to travel so often but even at that, I will be committed to creating a personalised curriculum for my student with some of evaluation after each lesson to ensure everything taught has been understood.
I believe patience is very important when teaching as different people learn at different paces, so it is part of my philosophy to teach each of my students at a pace that will help them understand clearly but also challenge their minds to think critically.
I served as an in-school tutor in my 3 years of high school as well as during my foundation year and I’m proud to say that I performed very well during that time. I explained concepts to the best of my abilities but I also wasn’t afraid to explore concepts that I was unsure of, just to make sure I was delivering the best quality teaching that I could offer.
As a tutor, I’d like to create a comfortable environment for my student where they are not afraid to ask questions or ask for help in difficult situations. I want my students to know that any queries they have will be addressed the best that I can.
