I design the lessons keeping in view the individuals interest and capabilities which includes written,verbal and visual forms of learning and in some couraes hands on experience is provided to the students so that they can relate themselves with the theory and put them in practice which enables them to understand the concept in much better detail and depth. Usual forms of intervention are lectures,presentations, case study analysis, arranging one to one sessions with industry practitioners for exchanging views and gathering motivation , video and audio tutorials and practical projects for different courses. Above everything an inculcation of self belief, desire to attempt something bigger and better and teaching the method of continuous learning in life at its core are those skills that stay with the learner for the rest of life and provides them with much needed fuel for thinking and practice in their upcoming life events and challenges.
