While I enter with a plan in mind I also ensure that I am aware of the weaknesses and strengths of each student. This allows me to make the necessary changes in textbooks, teaching style, supplementary material and difficulty level. Additionally, I've always used a more hands on and interactive approach. It is important that once a concept is taught it is cemented, whether this is done in groups or on one's own. Hence students will not only be taught but expected to solve and discuss questions pertaining to the to topic at hand.
