Once done with this as my starter, I start with the lesson more engaging and fun. By giving an overview on what the lesson is. Then once the lesson is done, I end the lesson off by asking if everything was okay and quizzing. Most importantly, I summarise everything in one slide at the end. Throughout the lesson, I am able to answer pupils’ questions. In between I do crack a bit jokes which are of course appropriate and related to the lesson so that students are not bored and waiting for the lesson to end as that will demotivate them to do well. Then every month I have decided to set assessments as that will help me to track students’ progress and that will also help them to know their key areas of improvement. However I will make sure that they are not overwhelmed and they are proper prepared for the assessments. However I will try to be friendly with students and get to know them. I believe every student has a potential in learning and achieving their above their target grades or capacity however not everyone sees that so I am going to change that. Then I will give holidays for at least a week where I will be setting homework which will help students and I have set homework before which have helped students.
