My experience in organising summer camps for children enables me to have this approach and treat every student with respect and passion because I know that through motivation and belief, students can make the teacher proud and surprised. Many times even at the moment, I am in the shoes of
students and I understand how much a personal meeting with a teacher means and how even 30 minutes of a face-to-face chat contribute to the success of certain projects and aims. I know that I will give this feeling to students and bring the best out of them, I had bad experiences with teachers before, thus at high school years ago, with the help of my teachers and my mom, I established a training session for both teachers and private tutors to guide their teaching methods and give students individualized and detailed attention regardless how time-consuming it can be. This session was permanently implemented within teaching methods at my high school, and I got rewarded for my strong personal skills. However, for me, the most important thing is to ensure that students are comfortable to voice their concerns and they are confident to do so and guide them along the way toward success.

The dynamics of the lessons will be personalized depending on the preferences of the students, of course, with certain implemented sections of real-life examples, Q&A for further explanation, and my personal teaching methods, but the emphasis is on self-growth and continuous learning. Thus, passion and resilience are pivotal ingredients for both the teacher and the students to possess, I can provide guidance but determination has to be present; wanting to learn fuels self-growth and motivation.

I will be conducting these sessions via Microsoft Teams, I am flexible with timing and adaptable to different perspectives and circumstances, the lessons will take up an hour or more depending on the students' preference.
