I perform with in effective teaching methodologies and parameters. My lesson plans include interactive teachin/learning techniques based on various styles and capabilities of learners. I work on creating a learning environment to accomodate learners at different age levels, I aslo apply workshops strategies rather than traditional class room frame of work, I believe in mentoring learners and in setting of their goals, and in working together insetting the teaching plan for groups and/or individuals.
