I am an experienced math and economics teacher. I have supported students at the primary, GCSE, A level, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels.
My teaching approach is as follows,
1. I start with a diagnostic test which gives me an understanding of the student's strong and weak areas.
2. I create lesson plans based on the results of the diagnostic test and the suggestions from the student.
3. During the lesson, I explain the concept and then solve example questions.
4. After the lesson, I send practice questions to help cement the student's understanding.
5. If someone needs an immediate lesson without taking the diagnostic test, I am more than happy to accommodate that.
I aim to provide a valuable learning environment in the class and I am open to feedback. The ultimate objective is to not just improve student's understanding, but also ensure that it gets reflected as improved grades.
