My biggest advantage in teaching Chinese to children is I have more than 5 years of training experience in BeiJing before I came to UK for master‘s degree in HRM.
My advantages in teaching Chinese are mainly reflected in the following three aspects:
1) Diversity: My rich work and education experience enables me to add more different factors into the teaching scene, so as to help children comprehensively understand how to use Chinese properly in different scenarios. 2) Innovation: I can choose some methods from professional training as a new teaching way to attract children to learn Chinese positively. 3) Efficiency: I can make a plan to help them master the knowledge they want in an effective way and stimulate their potential.
The format:
1) Foundation course: I design a series of basic courses to help students lay a solid foundation for achieving their purpose of learning Chinese according to Chinese level of students. 2) Advanced course: I developed a series of situational courses according to their needs to improve their Chinese level. For example, some people want to learn Chinese to work, some people want to travel, and so on. 3) Review: Regularly review what has been learned to help students master it thoroughly. 4) Customised course: I can formulate tailored course according to needs and expectations of students.
In addition, the experience of campus recruitment at top universities in China and travel experiences in over 30 cities across China will add interest to the teaching process.
