When I was in college, as the head of the volunteer department, I often gave free lessons to people in need, such as homes for the elderly, day-care centers, and community service centers. There is no harshness in the classroom, and the teacher-student relationship is not uncomfortable, so students can actively learn the language and develop an interest in it in a relaxed and enjoyable learning environment.
