I use learning plans which focus on catering to the individual needs of each student and ensure that we cover all topic areas. I closely follow the curriculum so that there is no mistake in leaving anything yet to be covered. I try to aim to find my students weaknesses in their academic and design tasks which i feel will help them overcome these challenges.
