In the past I have tutored family friends on Zoom, and I have found that it has been very successful using the whiteboard on zoom and also sharing the screen. However I also do not mind using Microsoft Teams, it depends on the students preference. I like to show students helpful websites that have helped me during my secondary school education and also go through past paper materials that I have found! During my lessons I like to keep an interactive fun and safe environment for the student to feel comfortable to make mistakes and learn from them! I am also very flexible with my timing if students would like to change the time of their session every week that is fine!
