Zaina Hussain

In relation to experiences, whilst I have never taught at this level before, I have supported my fellow classmates with their studies and organised revision sessions. My passion is literature and exploring the works of great playwrights such as William Shakespeare and Tenesee Williams, whom I studied at A-level. My passion is what I want to extend to students preparing for their GCSE exams and enable them to maximise their potential and come out with the best grades possible. I hope my knowledge can be of the utmost benefit to students as I know personally from experience how a supportive teacher and healthy learning environment creates happy students willing to give their 100% in their exams. English is a wide subject which has skills that are transferable so being a pioneer of my subject will be an interesting experience for me. Hoping to pursue a career in international relations which I hope to study at university the interaction between people is vital so that's why I could be an amazing tutor for a student preparing for their GCSE as I would gain so much experience in communicating with people and sharing ideas. I consider myself widely read and have a passion for reading as I have for a long time, this helped me enhance my writing skills and I would like to pass this skill onto another aspiring student and give them the support I relied on during the turbulent period when I did my GCSEs in 2021.
