Starting from the beginning of the academic year I have a structured format of teaching.
Initially I will determine the areas of strengths of the student and then identify areas of improvement.

Once identified, I then write up an action plan to improve the areas where the student requires most attention.
No student is the same - hence I aim to tailor my action plan and method of teaching to the student based upon the most efficient way they find learning.

I provide regular reports to the guardian of the student, including marks on regular practice and mock test so they are able to monitor the progress of the student and the quality of service being offered.
I aim to have the student ahead of the class by at least 1-2 months, so that any material covered in school (if applicable) is recap- rather than primary learning.
