I am a graduate from CFBS and received an academic scholarship in maths and science at Forrest school
I received a grade 9 in maths at a GCSE level and I am studying maths, further maths and physics at a level
My lessons are more focused around the curriculum but also explaining how everything works rather than just giving the students information I find that by explaining the logical reasoning behind maths and its ideas it better engages students and furthers their individual learning and understanding of the subject
I can cover all content within the GCSE syllabus and can also help students to understand some GCSE content by using A level ideas
My aim is to make my lessons engaging and ultimately encourage students to progress further in the study of maths rather than just regurgitating information I prefer to highlight the intricate details of the subject to foster a genuine enjoyment for the subject which is something that I myself have found in the subject
