I offer online tuition for GCSE students (ages 11-16) in science, english, and maths. I have both previous and current experience in tutoring GCSE students in these subjects where students have seen huge improvements in their work and have felt more confident in their learning, achieving the grades they deserve. I am able to mould lessons in any way to suit students' specific needs in helping them understand and grasp the difficult ideas taught in these subjects and to feel more organised and confident, unlocking a new found love and passion for learning. I can and have used power point presentations, diagrams, videos, websites etc... to help students learn.
I understand secondary school can be a tough time for many especially if they feel as though they aren't receiving enough support in their learning which is often the case in traditional school teaching, where a teacher must divide their attention between 30 students. Which is why I believe a one to one approach to teaching and learning is vital in helping students grasp the ideas they need, and to feel more confident and involved in their learning.
personally, I am currently an A Level student studying Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology and achieved 10 GCSEs at grades 7s to 9s which is why i believe I can help students in their learning. Furthermore, in my tutoring experience, i have found that in even a very short period of time, students improve immensely in their subjects, allowing them to see their potential and work hard in achieving what they deserve.
