Zach Ocico O'flanagan

Hi, I’m Zach, an Imperial College BSc graduate who knows what it takes to excel academically.
I have an enthusiasm for science and a passion for teaching. Personal tutoring
also benefitted me early on in my own academic journey. Now, I am using my skills and past experience to help secondary and A-level students succeed in STEM.

My lessons allow you to approach a difficult subject from a new angle, refine existing skills, and build new ones. My goal is to bring the topic to life for each individual, making it easier for you to stay intrinsically motivated and excel in an area where you may have previously struggled. Usually, sessions would be delivered in a one-to-one, 60-90-minute format, in-person or online.

I have two years’ tutoring experience in physics, chemistry, and biology at GCSE-equivalent level.
My student’s physics mark improved by 1.5 grades: from ‘failing’ (3.5/6) to ‘good’ (5.0/6) within two years of teaching.
