I am a trained UCAS personal statement mentor with over 2 years experience. I would love to support you with your UCAS application, in addition to being able to support you with any lessons relating to geography or presentation / interview skills.

What matters most to me in lessons is that I am able to ensure students feel support and that I can help others to see more of their potential. From my own experiences, when it came to exams, right up to writing university applications, I felt incredibly anxious and as a result struggled to see what it would be possible for me to achieve with the right support.

In my A levels I studied English, Geography and Religious studies and achieved 3 A's, and from there I went on to achieve a first class degree in Geography from the University of Nottingham. Whilst I worked very hard to achieve the grades I was able to academically, I wouldn't not have been able to achieve anything without the care and support of those around me, so I recognise the crucial importance and privelage of working as a tutor and helping young people in their growth.

I like to provide a variety of learning styles but it all depends on what works best for you. I believe everyone is unique and therefore it's important to find the more effective way for you to learn and best develop.
