My online sessions are very accessible for every age. I have 2 children myself, 10 and 13 years old, who I teach too. My lessons are for:
* Students age 16+
* Young adults age 12-16
* Primary students 8-12
* Adults on a low budget or those who want to teach their children themselves
You can choose the content of the lesson yourself:
* Message me the dishes you would like to learn
* Message me the ingredients you want to see back in dishes
* A week meal planner based on your budget per week
I will plan in a zoom with you. I will show you all ingredients and amounts, cooking gear needed, discuss how to store in fridge/freezer and how to reheat left over. Additional I will explain about the nutritions in the specific dishes.
