I successfully combine CELTA core principles with an individual approach to every student. I use digital tools, creative tasks, and challenges. I'm always attentive to students' suggestions and initiatives and I'll necessarily find a way to study English the way a person likes and enjoys it. In class, I frequently appeal to prior knowledge or passive vocabulary, my goal is to help people remember that they already know a lot and they can learn to apply it better. In addition, I work with psychological aspects of language learning such as language barrier, fear of making mistakes, or unhealthy perfectionism. Positive reinforcement is the key, that's why I never ignore the "well done" part of giving feedback. I appreciate and adore working with passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated people, who respect my time and effort. I'm sure that mutual effort and diligence are always a recipe for success.
