I like to develop a very strong connection with my students. I ensure
that my lessons help students achieve key knowledge and skills in
order for them to achieve academic success.

I like to adopt a strategic approach with my lessons. I like to start
off lessons by clearly outlining the learning objectives. I like to
pre plan my lessons to ensure I come prepared and the lessons operate
smoothly. I like to introduce my students to the content which needs
to be covered through several ways. From videos to worked examples, I
like to introduce the topics in an engaging and meaningful manner.

I ensure students build on their knowledge and solidify their
knowledge by giving them practice questions. I then give them an exam
or an assessment which they take under exam conditions. This is to
ensure they can handle exam pressure.

I like to measure and monitor progress to ensure academic excellence.
I strongly support a reward system and rewarding good achievements. I
give breaks in between sessions to maintain a good level of
engagement.

I ensure my students enjoy the academic journey.
