Frau Yolanda has been teaching my kids (currently 10 and 7 yo) for the past few years. She has gotten them to the point of fluency via online lessons. Now they watch some short movies in German by themselves and I am amazed at their progress. She is a very effective teacher!!!

Yolanda Goss is the best language tudor we've ever had! She is SO knowledgeable~and patient to a fault. She makes learning non-threatening and boosts our self-confidence in every session. We wish we'd found her years ago~ we would have saved a whole lot of money. Highly recommended.

My son loves his German classes with Frau Goss. She's fun and laid back, and great about meeting the student where they are and moving at their pace. I often overhear my son giggling as they practice, which keeps him engaged. As a parent, I appreciate her flexibility and affordability.

When I was in college, I wanted to take a German course that was not offered over the summer. All I had was the book and I knew if I could pass the class (without credit), I could move to the next level the following semester. Yolanda Goss was a foreign language student at my school who knew German and French and she guided me through all of the course material with emphasis on pronunciation, verb conjugation and vocabulary. In order to take the class with previous credit I would have to take a qualification exam - and with her help, I was able to get As on the spoken and written part. I would recommend Yolanda to anyone!

Yolanda did an activity in German with our elementary aged Girl Scouts. It was interactive and fun! They were involved in the storytelling through immersion of the language, and physical movement. The girls really enjoyed it. We would love for her to come back regularly, once we can decide on what language we want to work on.

Frau Goss effortlessly developed a rapport with my daughter (the student). Their weekly lessons unfold sequentially and organically. I appreciate how classes are rooted in story/storytelling and that Frau Goss utilizes movement and handwork throughout her lessons. My daughter's ability to speak and comprehend German have truly flourished under Frau Goss's tutelage. She is engaging, knowledgeable, and communicative.
