I believe in the quality of the relationship between tutor and student. The closer they are together the more that can taught and the quality of learning is high. I like to get to know my students personally. By not only caring about their academic progress but their progress in their personal lives.

I believe this is the best way a teacher can connect with their students and effectively be able to have a positive influence on them.

When you're having fun with you're friends, connecting and laughing with them. Those are the times you're most connected and most engaged with a person. The same goes for teaching! Especially in teaching languages. We are constantly communicating and engaging with the world. There is no reason why we cannot have fun while learning.

Being in a comfortable environment allows both tutor and student to be more open towards each other. This creates a friendly atmosphere where both can converse nicely and respectfully. This is where most learning experiences are at its highest quality. This is the point where the information and engagement of conversation is remembered for a long time. Meaningful conversations that have deep impacts are very difficult to forget easily. This is exactly my intention. Not only will you be learning what I teach but you will be learning how to converse with people. That is arguably the most important skill you need in life. We are all surrounded by each other. We are all here to support each other.
