In the process of teaching, I will reflect on the teaching situation and timely adjust the teaching methods through comparison and evaluation. In addition to teaching grammar and vocabulary, I also taught them about Chinese culture to attract their interest, such as drama, singing, and role-playing. Younger students are prone to distractions, so finding content that grabs their attention is a priority when preparing class materials. I created interesting games for students to learn naturally. Through these games, I built a harmonious classroom atmosphere and established a harmonious teacher-student relationship with my classmates, which was highly praised by other volunteer teachers. These work experiences deepened my understanding of education management, which is that developing a reasonable management method is very important for teaching. I have also improved my management skills and strengthened my passion for the education industry.
