I completed my 200hr teacher training in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. I tend to base my classes on reversing the effects of a sedentiary lifestyle - whether you spend a lot of time sat down at school, at work, or at your computer, i can help you to move your body to counteract the aches, the pains and the stiffness from the modern lifestyle. With pranayama (breathing practices), i can help soothe your mind and slow down your thoughts, to give you an all-round experience.

Having worked with both beginner's, athletes and children, I am confident in tailoring classes for your needs, so don't be intimidated if you are 'not very flexible'... yoga is MUCH more than that!
