I have my own worksheets that I use to teach kids. Worksheets that will succeed in making the students stay ahead in school. As and when I see the need for any additional aides, I prepare ad hoc worksheets that will help them master the concept they are having trouble with. I teach math mainly through real life examples. There is math all around us and my way of teaching helps kids see math everywhere and learn the subject in a way they can put it to use, see the creativity of it, not by force but through sheer curiosity.
I have 5 years of experience teaching math and I started with my son. I don't teach kids concepts, rather I teach them how to learn concepts all by themselves which will ensure autonomy in them.
