My goal is to create a supportive, engaging, and effective learning environment tailored to your individual needs and goals. Each lesson is designed to be interactive and student-centred. I always start with a brief review of previous material before moving onto new concepts. My approach combines direct instruction, guided practice, and independent work. This way, students have the opportunity to learn, practice, and apply new skills in a variety of ways. I plan lessons that are dynamic and adaptable to my students’ learning style and interests, using a mix of visual aids, interactive activities, games and real-life examples. Where appropriate, I also use educational apps and online resources to enhance understanding. It is important for learning to be active so I make sure to ask questions, encourage students to share their thoughts and engage in discussions. With over ten years of teaching experience in various educational settings, I have worked with students of all ages and abilities. I have taught a wide range of subjects, including Maths, English, Science and ESOL. My experience has taught me that every student is unique, and I am skilled at adapting my teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. My approach is always patient, encouraging, and supportive, ensuring that students feel comfortable and motivated throughout our learning journey.
