I have experience in teaching my brother how to read arabic. I have also taught year 11s maths to help them in preparation for their GCSEs. I teach in a structured and organised way and will plan ahead to make sure what the student wants to cover is covered. I also make sure to cover what the student knows to avoid complacency and ensure that they get the best possible marks in their exams. I will try to make sure that the lessons arent boring and that theyre interactive as I know how to make lessons engaging and I can also relate to the student as I'm basically the same age. The tutoring will most likely be online where I will use teams to share lesson slides and take the student through them ensuring they understand every step that I take. The lessons will also be concise and not boring and will also require engagement from the student to ensure they arent just sitting there and listening idly. With an advanced understanding of maths and science, I feel I am more than ready to tackle any obstacle which may stand in my way as well as the students way. Lessons wont be more than an hour or 2, possibly 3 if theres lots of content to cover. I will be available after 5 on Thursday and Friday, after 2 on Saturday and after 1 on Sunday. I will set the students weekly homework as well to make sure the knowlege is retained.
