While working as a tutor at the Ling Hang Education Institution for 5 years, I am teaching second year university students through mandarin with several accounting and finance courses, which include and Auditing, Financial Institution Management, Cost and Management Accounting, and Accounting Information System. Each week I was responsible for running several tutorials, focused on mathematical equations and numbers, and coordinated activities refer to accounting and business disciplines and deliver a formal presentation. Thus, I have sufficient knowledge in legislation, standards and codes regarding to auditing and accounting, and have great communication skills on both written and oral.

I am also a finance auditor in Bentleys with a diverse range of clients, which exposes the to various industries, business models, and organizational structures. This broad exposure can help me developed a deep understanding of education industries and businesses and build a wide-ranging network of contacts. I conducted audit across all kindergartens, primary schools, high schools, canteens, and OHSCs’ end-of-year finance audit with assessing the performance and control risk analysis. I have deep understanding about school business operations, site global budget approval, account reconciliation, Governing Council meetings, Youaudit systems, EDSAS system, etc. I would like to be responsible for supporting administration practices and supporting the education environment experienced international market development.

In addition, when I was working at Zerella Holdings for 3 years, I developed the ability as an accountant to assist with end-of-month billings, ensured that accounts payable were correctly recorded, customers were invoiced accordingly via optimal communication, prepared monthly bank reconciliations for various accounts, and maintained monthly trust accounts with the techniques of computer literacy skills and communication skills. I also can take the responsibilities of preparing financial statements, tax returns, budgets, cash flows, and reports with advanced data entry skills.
