Hello, my name is Wilson, an excellent teacher who loves seeing my students improve their knowledge of grammar, as well as in their speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills. To cap it up, I am here to help you reach your learning goals.


EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching English Language online for about 3 years now. During these 3 years, I have: taught the English language to medical professionals around the world; helped students prepare for English examinations like the IELTS, CELPIP, etc.; taught the English language to children of different ages (each with unique challenges); taught the English language to businessmen and women around the world; helped scholars with the "English language nitty-gritty" of their academic work... and the list continues.

I have both formal and informal teaching experience. Teaching people of all ages, as well as being a mentor to young aspirants brings joy to my soul.

METHODOLOGY

At the beginning of each class, I pronounce words for you and ask you to write down their spelling. After the short spelling quiz, I review your mistakes and discuss the meaning(s) and grammatical usage(s) of each word I asked you to spell. This helps increase your vocabulary bank, accuracy with words, and listening skills.

For my reading and speaking class, I'll use high yield learning material(s) to teach you. I will read, then ask you to read also. Then after that, we answer vital questions regarding the learning material. This helps build your confidence in reading and speaking.

I could give you a writing assignment if you have time before our next meeting. This will help you concentrate and master what you have learned in the previous lesson and help improve your writing skills.

Once in a while as needed, I could teach you phonetics, poetry, and some vital components of the rules guiding English grammar.

I also mentor by giving advice(s) based on experiences from my career. This has proven to stand out students and make them excel over the years, in whatever location.
