In 20 years' tutoring I've used lots of methods, and can find the one to suit you. Some students just want to consolidate the material- here we do practice questions and identify gaps in knowledge . Others prefer to discuss the material then write a response . The first lesson is important in setting the tone and pace , and encouraging students many of who are a little disheartened at first, I do find their grades and their confidence builds after a few sessions.
