Hi, I'm Will, nice to meet you! I am a 23-year-old recent graduate of English Language and Linguistics at the University of Cardiff, where I studied all about the English Language, including language frameworks as well as the methods and ways in which it is used in society. I have additionally completed a Level 5 TEFL course, where I learned practical teaching methodologies, with focus on how best to structure online lessons. This also allowed me to understand in more depth the nuances in language proficiency and how to teach each language stage accordingly. I am very passionate when it comes to language and teaching and I try to make my lessons constructive, fun and enjoyable for all my students! I feel that the most important thing is making a connection with my students and developing my student's language skills in a clear, constructive manner. My hobbies are football, debating and travelling and I would love to travel to all 197 countries in my lifetime (if possible)!

I am a firm believer that English teaching is taught most effectively when there student and teacher have discussed exactly what it is they want to improve on. Furthermore, it is important to understand how the student best learns, for example whether they are more of a visual learner or conversational. By having an online face-to-face meeting, we can discuss which teaching methods will work best for you and how to approach our lessons. I consider myself as being very adaptive when it comes to teaching, and whilst I will guide students and recommend which style of lesson I think we should have, the student should always be the 'driving' force in our lesson structure.
