I have tutored students from 11+ through to A-level voluntarily through programmes such as Future Stories and Tutor The Nation and am looking to take on some private students. I am currently studying Geography and Economics at LSE after achieving 4A* at A level (Maths, Economics, Geography, EPQ) and 9A* 1A at GCSE.

For my maths lessons, I like them to be student-led where possible. The student will let me know what they are struggling with and want to cover before the lesson, I will put together questions and we will go over these questions together (starting with me doing them completely, moving to collaborative answers then to the student being able to complete them themselves).

For economic lessons, they are in a presentation-style format where the student can ask questions at any time. Where applicable, depending on how close we are to examinations and the level of the student, we will be going through practice questions/papers studying exam technique and brushing up on the content.

Similarly, For Geography, the lessons will be in a presentation-style format but with significantly more conversation between myself and the student as we discuss examples and theories. Exam/writing technique is very important at A-level, If the student is confident with the content then a far greater focus will be placed on practice questions and exam papers in order to achieve the best grades possible.

For both Geography and Economics A-level students, they will also be given access to my extensive revision materials including over 100 quizlet sets that cover every topic in both subjects.
