am really passionate about teaching and i focus on making a learning environment that makes learning fun and makes learners develop similar appreciation for the subject. I focus on making material relevant and relatable to my students to prevent boredom and disinterest. I connect the subject matter to the learners own experiences and interests in order to grab their attention and keep them engaged. I also believe in identifying learning objectives of a particular topic and then design lessons that align with those objectives.
In order for students to use Mathematics flexibly and grapple with complex problems, make conceptual understanding a priority an use cooperative learning strategies so that students are encouraged to express their mathematical thinking which in turn gives them greater clarity of thought an self awareness of their own problem-solving strategies.
