As it is popularly said, no two people are the same and for this reason, whenever I can, I do an observation class of the student's abilities to first determine their level of knowledge and then determine the best way of learning for the student. I like to ask the student if there are any topics of special interest to him or her, this is usually my starting point.
There are students who are naturally bright but don't like to work hard, as well as students who have a hard time thinking logically but are more determined.

This also depends on the requirements of the parents or guardians of the students. Some parents have turned to me to help their children with very specific tasks and in this regard, I am in charge of doing the work with them, explaining the mathematical principles behind the exercises and their possible applications in other subjects.
