An Innovative English Teacher with 11 years of experience in international schools and universities.
As a believer in, “being the teacher you’ve always wanted to have”, I have applied Critical Thinking, Active Learning, SOLO Taxonomy, Growth Mindset, Psychological Management and other approaches in the classroom as I taught both low-achieving and high-achieving students. I have taught high-achieving pull-outs in grades 3 and 6. I designed a creative writing plan for them and focused on debate skills as well as higher thinking skills. I started a book club, a school newspaper, a diary, a class library and a writing club for my talented students across the years.
My career goal is to transfer my knowledge and skills to my students and continuously learn from them and other rich resources to better grow as a person and a professional.
