I work well at a strategic level, and have contributed to the design, start-up, development, and growth of several businesses. I have experience with organisational development at different stages of a business lifecycle, in particular planning and developing the HR resources. I have developed customer service training for front of house teams. I also have experience in executive coaching, mentoring, designing and delivering training, and in operational management. I invest and develop property. I have built websites and created social media profiles and CRM systems. I am currently supporting business owners with writing a book.
