I will start by getting to know what you want to learn and think about your preferred method of learning. I then will make it clear what we will hope to achieve during each lesson and provide a checklist of things I’ll expect you to be able to do at the end of the lesson. We will revisit this together at the end of the lesson.

We will then start to work together to take small steps towards your goal. I like to ensure good understanding and have different methods of presentation to ensure your best understanding. I will give you little jobs to do before we meet again to allow you time to practice the skills we have worked on.

I like to praise and encourage learning at all times and will keep parents or guardians updated with your progress
