About me

I have been teaching and tutoring for 15 years. In terms of my tutoring, I enjoy working with students both face to face and online. In my tutoring I use a similar methodology as I use in the classroom. This includes having periods of instruction in the lesson, use of expert models, independent writing and lots of feedback.

In my tutoring I use a similar methodology as I use in the classroom. This includes having periods of instruction in the lesson, use of expert models, independent writing and lots of feedback.
Students frequently remark on the strong professional relationship that they build with me and how the lessons that I teach increase their confidence, often in a subject that they have really struggled with in school.
