As an experienced tutor, my approach is student-centered, meaning I focus on tailoring my teaching techniques and methodology to each student's specific needs and learning style.
I believe in using a variety of techniques and tools, including visual aids, real-life examples, and problem-solving activities, to engage students and help them understand the subject matter. I also prioritize active learning, encouraging students to ask questions and participate in discussions, which helps solidify their understanding of the material.
The length of my lessons typically depends on the student's needs and attention span, but I generally aim for one to two hours per session. I believe that this amount of time is sufficient for covering the necessary material while also allowing for breaks and time to review.
I hold a degree in Math and Chemistry, and I have several years of experience tutoring students at various levels, including A-level and university students. I have also participated in the Olympics Chemistry competition, which has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the subject matter and the ability to communicate complex concepts to students effectively.
My lessons are primarily for A-level students in Math and Chemistry, but I am also available to tutor university-level students or anyone who requires assistance in these subjects. Overall, my goal is to help my students achieve success by developing their understanding of the subject matter, building their confidence, and helping them develop effective study skills.
