I like to make my lessons interactive and write on an online whiteboard in real time so that the student can actively take notes. I use a stylus to write on an online whiteboard which allows the lessons to be more efficient. I emphasize understanding of a concept during my lessons, a high level of understanding will allow students to apply what they have learnt in their exams. I will encourage the student to learn by thinking about the problems and by offering some guidance, once the student learns the concept it is harder for them to forget if it is taught in this manner.

I have five years experience of tutoring Maths and Physics. I have also taught A-level Maths lessons in a sixth form whilst a qualified teacher was observing the lesson. During this experience I learnt how to develop different explanations for the same concept on the spot and this has been a very useful skill. I use this experience during my lessons and am able to adapt to individual students quickly.

I have the experience of a student so I know what concepts students find particularly difficult so I can focus on these areas and as a result of my tutoring experience I can tailor my lessons to the students. I can also set homework but it isn't compulsory and I will always ask before setting it because everyone has a different schedule.

My ultimate aim is to become a Proffessor of Mathematical Physics at a University.
