Wanrong Zhu

I am a guest lecturer in fashion photography at the University for the Creative Arts (UCA) and hold a Master’s degree in Photography from the Royal College of Art, London. With over 8 years of professional experience in the photography industry, I have worked extensively with international fashion magazines such as VOGUE and BAZAAR, as well as leading commercial and portrait projects.

In my lessons, I focus on both the artistic and technical aspects of photography, including composition, lighting, and storytelling. I tailor my teaching style to suit each student’s level and goals, ensuring they gain practical skills and the confidence to develop their own creative vision.

In addition to my teaching and professional work, I have published my personal photography collection, ‘WANRONG ZHU ’, which will be presented at Offprint London 2024 at Tate Modern. My approach combines practical industry insights with an appreciation for the art and power of photography, making each lesson engaging and inspiring for students.
